NPDPL was started by Late. Sh. Krishan Prabhakar who belongs to village Samain, Tohana (Haryana), shifted to Tohana City in 1986, Mr. Prabhakar the man behind pioneering and shaping Farmhouse living in the modern Tohana. With over 6 decades of his real estate experience, his vision, foresighted approach and determination, today NPDPL is the name to reckon with living and Luxury & Life style space development. His entrepreneurial approach enabled many innovations for growth and in attaining greater hold in the market. He wanted to build an industry that would raise people’s standards of living. Unfortunately, he died in 2021. Now, his son takes over all the responsibilities of NPDPL.
